With over 20 years of experience in health services, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting children and adults with disabilities and mental health
Senior Clinical Psychologist – Specialist in Neurodiversity & Mental Health
Over time, I’ve come to deeply understand the profound impact that neurodiversity—such as autism, ADHD, and other cognitive differences—can have on emotional well-being, especially when these differences go unrecognised or unsupported.
My work now centres on neurodiversity. I focus on helping individuals, families, and communities understand that neurological differences are not deficits, but unique ways of experiencing the world. By promoting acceptance and creating supportive environments, I aim to foster resilience, self-awareness, and long-term growth.

With over two decades in health services, we bring deep, practical expertise in supporting both children and adults facing mental health challenges and disabilities.
Our practice is rooted in a neurodiversity-affirming approach, recognising and respecting neurological differences such as autism, ADHD, and sensory processing variations.
We don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Every client is supported with empathy, tailored strategies, and an understanding of their unique strengths and needs.
We help clients and families make sense of their experiences, promoting self-awareness and resilience by creating supportive environments that nurture emotional well-being.
Whether you’re seeking support for autism, ADHD, dyslexia, let us help you or your loved one navigate challenges and harness potential.
